Tom Solomons is a paralegal specialising in residential development sales for commercial developer clients. He is a member of Howard Kennedy's Commercial Development team.
Tom primarily acts on the sale of residential units for developer clients, however he also assists on all aspects of the life of their developments, including financing and freehold sales.
Tom works on residential developments of all sizes, from luxury boutique housing and leasehold projects to large housing developments in excess of 1,000 units.
As part of a team, Tom assists the department's solicitors on all aspects of plot sale matters and has experience in dealing with a variety of new-build sales. His team is known for attending its clients' launch events, and is often party to sales exhibitions where large numbers of plots are reserved, and large numbers of contracts exchanged within only a few hours.
Tom joined Howard Kennedy after a career as a real estate agent, bringing with him a unique perspective on residential property transactions and is currently studying to qualify as a lawyer.
