Emily Malster is a corporate paralegal specialising in M&A, corporate real estate, restructurings, corporate governance and company secretarial services.

Emily undertakes a variety of transactional corporate and commercial matters including domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate real estate wrapper sales.

She also provides corporate and commercial advice on corporate governance, company secretarial services and other advisory matters. She reviews, drafts and negotiates non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements, standard terms and conditions and supply of goods and services contracts. 

Emily's varied corporate and commercial experience allows her to understand the wider needs of her clients and their businesses when assisting them with a matter.

Recent work
  • Advised Polish listed company Polski Bank Komorek Macierzystych on its purchase of shares in the UK's first private cord blood stem cell storage company, Smart Cells. Smart Cells has been operating in the cord blood bank since 2001, mainly in the UK, the Middle East and Hong Kong.
  • Advised UK vehicle safety and auto electrical parts company Durite on its acquisition by American company Safe Fleet.
  • Acted for DAKUN (DANIEL) WANG on the sale of a 57.5% stake in Oriental Food Express Limited (OFE) to Shanghai listed Fujian Anjoy Foods Co., Ltd. Through its brand, Kung Fu Food, OFE is the UK’s leading manufacturer of traditional Chinese Dumplings, Siu Loong Buns and Dim Sum.
