Rebecca Stratton is a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Team, with a particular focus on contentious insolvency matters.

Rebecca advises insolvency practitioners, directors and individuals on all aspects of formal and informal insolvency procedures.

Rebecca supports clients involved in commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, unfair prejudice petitions, and claims under section 423 of the Insolvency Act 1986. She advises office holders and directors around breach of directors' duties claims, including pursuing alternative dispute resolution.
