Philip Vickery is a Senior Associate specialising in the business, property, and international aspects of UK taxes.

Philip is a solicitor advising on all elements of the UK tax system. He specialises in share sales and purchases and business and property transactions, acting on behalf of companies, trusts and non-domiciled individuals, with an international aspect to their affairs.  

He regularly advises on the SDLT aspects of UK property transactions and the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings.  He also has an interest in VAT as it applies to property transactions, and is a member of the VAT Practitioners' Group.
