Nicole writes regularly on topics including tax for UK and non-UK based individuals, UK and international regulatory measures, trust and estate planning, and wealth structuring generally. She organises training, webinars and seminars on such topics, both within the firm and for external clients and intermediaries.
Nicole has also authored and co-authored articles for a number of industry publications on topics relating to tax and wealth planning. Until recently, she was a joint contributing editor and author for Lexology's "Getting the Deal Through – Private Client".
She has a specific focus on areas of crossover between Private Client and other practice areas within the firm, collaborating with other groups and members of Howard Kennedy's Knowledge Development team to ensure provision of a seamless service to clients.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Nicole spent many years in a knowledge development role within another highly regarded Private Client team. Prior to that, she practised for a number of years as a private client lawyer in the City, with a particular emphasis on the taxation of non-UK domiciliaries and estate and wealth structuring for high-net-worth international individuals and their families.
Although she is now terrified of heights, Nicole once followed up a 100m bungee jump with a tandem sky-dive while travelling in New Zealand.
