Jessica Rush is a family law solicitor working with ultra-high-net-worth, high-net-worth and high-profile clients.
She advises on all aspects of divorce and financial matters, private law children matters, fertility law, and nuptial agreements and regularly takes on complex cases.
Jessica completed her training contract with Howard Kennedy and qualified in September 2020. She is a member of Resolution, the UK's organisation of Family Law professionals promoting a constructive approach to family issues.
• Obtained leave to remove for a parent who wished to relocate with their child to the US.
• Obtained an emergency non-molestation and occupation order for a party in a case with immediate domestic violence concerns.
• Obtained a parental order from the High Court for a parent in an out-of-time international surrogacy case.
• Acted for a mother in a high-value child maintenance claim involving defamation and media disputes and subsequently in an application to vary her maintenance.
• Acted for a mother in successfully appealing a fact-finding judgement (reported as A Father v A Mother [2023] EWFC 290 (B) )
