Hannah Capstick is a solicitor in the Employment Team. She advises both employers and employees on all stages of the employment relationship from recruitment to exit planning.

Hannah assists clients with bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and has experience in high value and complex Employment Tribunal litigation

She also advises clients on a wide range of employment issues, from day-to-day HR matters, to discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy and termination issues. This includes advising clients on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements as well as staff handbooks and policies.

  • Acting on behalf of an individual as part of a sex discrimination and equal pay claim.
  • Acting for a listed company in relation to claims of age and race discrimination by a former employee.
  • Advising a charity on employee long term sickness and capability process management.
  • Advising senior executives on exit packages from financial services companies.
