Triada Pulham is a construction litigation specialist who helps clients resolve a range of disputes.

Triada has over 10 years' experience as a real estate solicitor. This includes a variety of adjudication, negotiation, arbitration and various pre-action matters. She also has experience in domestic and international infrastructure disputes. Her specialism is advising major housebuilders and developers on fire safety related defects and cladding concerns.

She is currently assisting one of the UK's largest housebuilders with fire safety reviews of a vast portfolio of buildings. Triada is advising them on external wall issues, as well as progressing and defending any subsequent litigation.

Her work includes assisting with the recovery of losses against contractors and construction professionals, as well as negotiation and settlement of claims with developers' clients.

Triada advises on all issues relating to the Building Safety Act 2022. She is a member of Howard Kennedy's Building Safety Group.

Advising top-tier house builder in relation to aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding issues with defects claims in excess of £20m.
