Peace Benson is a trainee solicitor in the Trust and Estates Disputes team.
Peace assists the team with a broad range of disputes, including applications for the removal of executors and trustees, trustee-beneficiary disputes, challenges to the validity of wills and applications for rectification and construction of wills.
Peace has experience as a litigation and arbitration paralegal, having worked for a global firm in London. She also has in-house experience as a paralegal in the hotels and hospitality sector.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Peace read Law at BPP University before completing her LPC LLM at the University of Law in Moorgate.
Peace worked for over seven years at the leading youth homeless charity, Centrepoint, where she supported the implementation of the first Centrepoint Helpline.
