James Evans is a paralegal in the Residential Development team within the Real Estate Department.
James deals with a variety of residential real estate transactions for various well-known developers.
Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, James gained a First Class with Honours from Durham University in Modern Languages and Cultures. James then completed the GDL and LPC at the University of Law with Distinction.
James is a keen sailor and is set to sail to Portugal in 2024. James is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
