Felicia Persis advises landlords and tenants on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate disputes. Her expertise spans across a broad range of matters from boundary disputes to commercial lease renewals.

In respect of residential matters, Felicia's expertise includes dealing with neighbourly matters, such as boundary disputes, party wall issues and rights of light infringements. She also specialises in landlord and tenant matters such as breach of lease, possession claims and service charge disputes.

Felicia is a solicitor particularly experienced in the contentious aspects of collective enfranchisement claims, right of first refusal and right to manage claims. She often assists clients with applications in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), in addition to dealing with claims in the County Court.

Felicia also has a significant track record in commercial matters, such as opposed and unopposed lease renewals as well as dilapidations claims and disputes.

Felicia takes the time to understand her clients' concerns and objectives and provides straightforward advice.

She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
