Dominic Elster advises landlords, tenants, property investors and developers on a variety of commercial property transactions. This includes disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of portfolio management and other landlord and tenant matters.
Dominic has particular experience in advising investors on acquisitions and property portfolio management, acting for corporate occupier tenants acquiring office leases and acting for retail and leisure clients.
He has also worked with different types of public sector organisations by advising on commercial property transactions.
- Advising a well-known gym company on the acquisition of numerous sites as part of its nationwide expansion.
- Acted for a corporate occupier on the pre-let of 70,000 square foot of office space over five floors in the City of London.
- Acted for a property investment and development company undertaking acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management in respect of its extensive property portfolio.
- Acted for the owner of a science business park, dealing with all commercial property matters including pre-lets of newly built units.
