Berfin Telli is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Disputes team.
Berfin works on a variety of matters, including will challenges, trust and administration disputes, succession disputes, and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Berfin studied law at the University of Manchester. She subsequently completed her LPC LLM at the University of Law, and worked as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department of a City firm where she gained considerable experience in commercial and civil fraud matters.
Berfin also has a strong background in Regulatory law, having worked at a City firm as a paralegal for various regulatory bodies.
Outside of work, Berfin is a keen traveller and loves to read. She is enthusiastic about photography and Pilates.
