Anna Trafford is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking a split seat across the Family team and the Trusts and Estates Disputes team.

Anna assists the Family team with a variety of matrimonial and child-related matters including divorce, financial remedies, private child law cases and nuptial agreements.

Anna's work within the Trusts and Estates Disputes team encompasses a broad range of disputes, including applications for the removal of executors and trustees, trustee-beneficiary disputes, challenges to the validity of wills and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Before joining Howard Kennedy, Anna studied English Literature at the University of Bristol. She subsequently completed her GDL and LPC MSc at the University of Law, and worked as a paralegal in the property litigation department of a City firm.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys hiking. She once hiked the Magna Via Francigena, a 180km ancient trade route spanning the length of Sicily.
