Alexander Wood is a solicitor in the Capital Markets team, specialising in investment trusts, VCTs, AIM flotations, and regulatory work. 

He assists VCTs and investment trusts with admission to the main market of the LSE. He also has experience representing both banks and listing companies in AIM transactions, and offers regulatory advice on a wide range of matters. Alexander also assists the broader corporate department and has experience in corporate takeovers.

He is dedicated to fulfilling client requirements and is often charged with presenting a solution to a rich variety of requests.

Alexander is also a keen member of the Sport group, Energy Group and India group, writing regular articles and taking part in events.

He completed his training contract with Howard Kennedy in 2021. Prior to that, he gained experience working in-house for a large alcohol distribution company and as a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate department.
