Albert acts on a variety of insolvency matters, including contentious insolvency. He also has experience in commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, civil fraud and negligence.
Albert has particular experience in prejudiced shareholder disputes and in claims involving breaches of director duties.
He also assists clients in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitration.
Albert is a Liverpool supporter.
