Howard Kennedy expands Business Crime team with partner appointment

London law firm, Howard Kennedy, is pleased to welcome back Kyle Phillips to the firm as he joins the Partnership today. 

Kyle joins the Business Crime team from Fieldfisher, where he was a Director, specialising in corporate and financial crime. Kyle has over a decade of experience and was previously a Senior Associate at Howard Kennedy. 

Kyle has acted on a wide array of corporate and financial crime investigations relating to bribery and corruption, fraud and money-laundering. Many of his cases often have a complex, multi-jurisdictional aspect involving overseas enforcement agencies. Notably, Kyle has been instructed on several high-profile financial crime investigations including Wirecard, EURIBOR, G4S, Serco, Patisserie Valerie, Harlequin and Forex.
