Amy is an Associate in the IP & Commercial team. She advises clients on data protection and commercial contracts across various sectors including retail, tech and media. Her data protection work regularly includes advising on complex data protection matters, the use of novel technology, privacy notices, data protection breaches, data security, data agreements, data sharing arrangements, and data subject access requests.
On the commercial side, Amy advises on commercial contracts such as franchise agreements, software agreements, and IT contracts.
