About Us

Management team

Running a large law firm requires careful and consistent management. Our firm of over 400 people is organised to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of legal services for our clients and be a rewarding and meaningful place to work. One of the benefits of our size is that we can be nimble and are able to respond to external events quickly and decisively. To enable that, our management teams meet regularly to ensure they are fully informed, allowing them to make the best decisions in respect of both our clients and our people.

Management Committee

Craig Emden was re-elected as Managing Partner on 1 May 2021 for a second four-year term. Our Management Committee comprises Craig, Executive Director Irena Molloy and Chief Operating Officer Paul Roberts.

The committee meets regularly and provides overall management and administration of the firm, delegated from the Partners.

The Board

The Board is responsible for development and implementation of strategy. It comprises the four heads of department, Managing Partner, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Business Development Director and our Non-Executive Director.

Our Board meetings are chaired by Craig Emden, our Managing Partner.
