Bhavini acts for clients in relation to contentious commercial and residential property matters. Her main areas of work are focused on retail property, although she provides advice about business lease renewals, service charge disputes, breach of covenant claims, break notices, possession claims, strategy to obtain vacant possession, forfeiture claims and trespass actions. Bhavini also has experience of leasehold enfranchisement.
Her practice spans High Court, County Court and First Tier Tribunal proceedings. Bhavini also has extensive experience providing advice and making representation before matters become contentious.
Bhavini is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Fractio Vitri, a women's network of young working professionals.

Advising a client and successfully defending an Appeal in relation to a point of law arising from the Housing Act 2004 in possession proceedings
Acting for landlords and tenants in opposed and unopposed commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Bhavini is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon twice!
