VIEW ALLLondon law firm Howard Kennedy today announces the appointment of Jason Tann as a Partner in the Real Estate practice.
Jason is a commercial real estate specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the London market. His practice combines investment and development expertise, with a broad wealth of complimentary experience spanning finance, asset management and occupational issues. Jason provides strategic advice to companies and funds, landed estates, charities, private high-net-worth investors, and offshore investors.Craig Emden, Managing Partner at Howard Kennedy, commented on his appointment: "Jason's longstanding experience in the London commercial real estate market will reinforce our extensive existing practice. Jason's hire is part of Howard Kennedy's ongoing expansion across all practices with the addition of 21 lateral partner hires since May 2021. It reflects the continued and ongoing growth of the Real Estate offering following the addition of Huseyin Huseyin in April 2023.
He joins the firm from Cripps LLP, where he was a Partner and Head of the London Commercial Real Estate team.
