We assist in devising plans  to turnaround the business, ensuring that the board members act responsibly and reasonably, mitigate personal risk should the business fail.

We regularly act for creditors and insolvency officeholders in pursuing claims and acting on the sale of business and assets. We also will guide potential purchasers on the acquisition of business and/or assets from insolvency officeholders.

We represent directors should disqualification proceedings be brought and in defending claims that maybe brought against them.
