Howard Kennedy advises Arkley Commercial Property shareholders on sale of London Real Estate investment Co.

London law firm Howard Kennedy recently provided full-service advice on the sale of 100% of the shareholding in London real estate investment company, Arkley Commercial Property Limited.

Arkley Commercial Property is a real estate investment company that holds a commercial property portfolio of Mercedes Benz Trucks dealerships in North London.

The Howard Kennedy team was led by partner Ellis Gardner-Browne [Real Estate], supported by Stephanie Brigg [Legal Director, Corporate], Philip Vickery [Legal Director, Tax] and Kelly Kapinos [Associate, Corporate].
