Howard Kennedy advises SGN Retail on sale to EET Retail, part of the Essar Group

London law firm Howard Kennedy advised SGN Retail, a leading UK independent forecourt operator, on its sale to EET Retail Limited, the retail division of Essar Group. Howard Kennedy advised SGN Retail on all aspects of the transaction.

SGN Retail has grown to operate 118 strategic roadside locations nationwide alongside leading retail, convenience and food-to-go brands.

The Howard Kennedy team was led by Ellis Gardner-Browne and Jonathan Polin, coordinating across corporate, tax, employment, and property.
