Rosalind is a corporate associate with wide experience of transactional and non-transactional corporate matters. Rosalind also works in the firm's tax practice advising on business and real estate taxes.
Rosalind undertakes a wide range of corporate work, including share and asset sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance. Her clients range from entrepreneurs to larger companies, both UK and international, so she understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to corporate issues.
She is also a member of the firm's tax practice and has experience advising on the tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, with a particular interest in advising on venture capital schemes. Her corporate and tax knowledge means she is often able to consider her client's needs in the round to provide commercial and pragmatic advice.
