VIEW ALLHoward Kennedy has appointed Caroline Urban as a partner in its Corporate & Capital Raising specialism, within the Corporate Transaction Services team.
Caroline advises fast-growing and entrepreneurial businesses, particularly in the technology sector, on M&A, investment and buy-and-build strategies. She works with founders, investors and portfolio companies at key stages of growth, supporting them through investment, acquisition and exit.
She joins from MBM Commercial and has an established practice advising on transactions typically ranging from £1m to £30m, alongside equity investment work.
Her appointment reflects the firm’s continued focus on strengthening its core specialisms and supporting clients on complex transactions and high-growth opportunities.
