Marc Proudfoot joins Howard Kennedy’s Corporate team

Howard Kennedy is pleased to announce that Marc Proudfoot joins their Corporate team as Head of Investment Trusts.

Marc specialises in investment trusts and REITs and has advised the Boards of trusts managed by some of the leading players in the sector. This includes Aberdeen Standard Investments, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, BMO Asset Management, Allianz Global Investors and Janus Henderson where he acts in the dual capacity as lawyer and LSE registered sponsor. He previously spent almost 10 years at Scottish law firm Dickson Minto.

Commenting on his appointment, Keith Lassman, partner and Head of the firm's Capital Markets team, said: “We are delighted that Marc has joined the firm. His particular investment trust expertise compliments the team's existing reputation as leading lawyers and LSE sponsors in the listed investment funds field".”
