We're shaping a workplace where the contributions of each individual are encouraged and valued. To achieve this we are building upon an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to participate, to make changes, to have a voice and to achieve their potential.

Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulated firms are required to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years. This gives us an opportunity to understand (through voluntary participation) the make-up of our firm, and so consider where we are moving towards our goals and where we need to do further work.
