Art & Cultural Property

Passionate and creative about cultural property and the arts, our team provides the art market with practical advice and offers ‘a one-stop-shop’ of services. Our expertise covers all aspects of the law relating to art and cultural property from the drafting and negotiation of agreements to litigation and the resolution of disputes.

We are regularly asked to advise on the recovery of stolen and looted items of art and cultural property and to provide estate planning for artists and collectors. Our clients include museums and public collections, galleries and dealers, public art organisations, charities/foundations, collectors, artists and estates, photographers, photo libraries and ultra high net worth individuals.
