Thomas Wood is a trainee solicitor in the Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Thomas assists the M&A team team in supporting buyers, sellers and management teams with their transaction journeys and growth ambitions.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Thomas worked in a number of roles in both innovation and insolvency. He has practical experience of fundraising, valuation, business and asset sales. He is particularly knowledgeable about the UK business environment for technology transfer and the sale of distressed businesses and their assets.
He is an ex-biologist with professional qualifications in financial analysis.
