Susan Le-Sage

Susan specialises in contentious property disputes, including those arising from complex commercial tenancy renewals, service charges, the enforcement of covenants, and the Building Safety Act 2022.

Susan acts for businesses, trust funds, local authorities and high net worth individuals in a variety of sectors, including retail and leisure.

Susan regularly advises commercial clients in relation to lease renewals and terminations, as well as dilapidations, restrictive covenants and forfeiture. Susan also advises upon the Electronic Communications Code, and trespass, including by persons unknown. 

In relation to residential property matters, Susan advises upon complex high value service charge disputes, forfeiture, possession, restrictive covenants, and trusts of land. 

Additionally, Susan is able to provide comprehensive advice to both commercial and residential clients in relation to Vesting Orders, Building Safety Act 2022, property management agreements, and the right to manage.
