Sean Gamble is a Construction Solicitor (New Zealand Qualified) with broad experience in Dispute Resolution.
Sean has expertise in contentious construction matters ranging from litigation in the Courts to alternative dispute resolution - including adjudication and arbitration.
Prior to working in the UK, Sean worked for two leading full-service firms in New Zealand in their dispute resolution teams with a particular focus on large scale infrastructure disputes.
- Advising an Employer (multinational chemical manufacturer) on aspects of a true-value (£2.5m) adjudication.
- Advising a Claimant (large-scale developer) in the TCC regarding building safety and Defective Premises Act claims (£20m).
- Various adjudications acting for the design and build joint venture under a public private partnership in relation to a highway.
Second Place in the New Zealand Society of Construction Law Essay Competition (2020).
