Sam has extensive experience in acting for domestic and non-domestic high net worth individuals and families as well as corporate entities and lenders on purchases, sales and refinances of high-value freehold and leasehold properties. He has significant experience in the sale and purchase of new build leasehold and freehold properties.
In recent years he has acted frequently for overseas clients from the Middle East on a range of property matters which has included Islamic financing.
Sam's experience also includes acting for clients on receivership sales and lease extensions.
