Rufus Scholefield is an associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Rufus acts on a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, civil fraud, negligence, shareholder disputes and insolvency for both corporate and individual clients.
He also assists clients in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitration alongside his litigation work in the courts of England and Wales.
Rufus was selected to be in the LawInSport Mentee Programme. The programme selects 28 young lawyers, from 12 different countries, to be mentored early in their careers by industry leading sports lawyers.
Rufus rowed internationally for Team GB. He has also rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, raising £100,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust and swum across the English Channel.
