Rosaleen Joseph is a qualified solicitor with over 25 years' professional experience and is a member of the Residential Development Team working as a Manager.
Rosaleen’s expertise covers large and small scale residential developments, including both new build and existing, high-net-worth residential conveyancing, and ancillary matters.
She advises clients on all aspects of the new build process commencing from land acquisitions, infrastructure agreements, preparation, and set up of developments. Rosaleen is known for dealing with the complex issues and making them as straightforward as possible for the client to get the job done.
Rosaleen has responsibility for managing initially the Team Leaders who are solicitors with a minimum PQE of 4 years and wider Team consisting of paralegals and Legal Executives. She provides hands-on supervision and training dealing with matters from the initial stages through to completion/post completion.
Rosaleen has worked in-house for developers and has many years experience in private practice.
During a business trip Rosaleen had the misfortune of being stuck in Hong Kong whilst the country experienced a Level 10 typhoon ( i.e the worst typhoon in 30 years). Staying at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in central Hong Kong more than made up for the experience.
