Robert Craig is a solicitor specialising in wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, charities, estate litigation and partnership.

He regularly advises private individuals, business people, and well-known authors, artists and actors on estate planning.

Alongside his estate planning practice, Robert advises clients on partnerships and co-ownership disputes, and a wide range of charity law matters, including the formation and operation of charities and non-profit bodies (cultural, religious, welfare and philanthropic charities).

Robert gives sound and pragmatic advice to clients without a lot of legal jargon.

Robert is a qualified and experienced mediator. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Charity Law Association, and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
