Robert Craig is a solicitor who specialises in wills, trusts, inheritance tax, probate and estate planning.

He regularly advises well-known authors, artists and actors on estate planning, as well as a wide range of business people and private individuals.

He also specialises in:

  • partnership and partnership disputes
  • charity law - the formation and operation of charities and non-profit bodies, across the whole range of charities – cultural, religious, medical, and philanthropic

His clients include a very wide variety of business people, private individuals, trusts, professional partnerships and charities. The nature of his work means that he cannot disclose clients' names.

Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators and a qualified and experienced mediator. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Charity Law Association, and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.

While chairman of the trustees of one of London’s independent museums, Robert oversaw a major development project 2005-10. He is now a Vice President of the museum and also the trustee of a number of other charities.
