Nishath supports Howard Kennedy’s Real Estate Department in delivering accurate, timely assistance on complex tax returns, legal charges, and property registrations across a wide range of matters, ensuring the smooth progression of client transactions. She specializes in handling property matters and navigating compliance with HMRC and HMLR requirements, helping to ensure that transactions are successfully concluded and properly registered.

With strong attention to detail and meticulous planning, Nishath identifies and resolves potential issues before they arise, providing a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike. Nishath delivers value for clients through her proactive approach, clear communication, and commitment to accuracy, giving clients full confidence that their matters are handled with care and precision.

Before joining Howard Kennedy, Nishath completed her undergraduate degree at King's College London and was the highest scoring student across a number of modules.

  • Submitted a wide range of legal charges to Companies House, maintaining seamless coordination with fee earners to prevent missed deadlines and ensure full statutory compliance.

  • Prepared and reviewed Land Registry applications, ensuring all supporting documentation was accurate, compliant, and submitted promptly to avoid requisitions and delays.

  • Ensured adherence to HMRC and HMLR regulations by closely monitoring updates in registration, SDLT, and digital filing requirements, applying best practice across all transactions.
