Nikita Sellers is a final seat trainee in the Planning and Environment team

Nikita has been working in the Planning and Environment team since September 2018. 

Nikita assists with providing advice on the planning system, drafting and negotiating section 106 planning agreements and section 278 highways agreements, auditing planning applications, and carrying out intensive due diligence on property and corporate transactions. She has experience advising clients on a wide range of planning law issues including heritage, the CIL regime and enforcement.

Before joining the Planning and Environment team, Nikita worked on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters in other departments. Her first seat was in Residential Development Sales and Residential Real Estate where she dealt residential property sales, purchases and re-finances. In her second seat, Nikita worked in Media Litigation on defamation, privacy, artwork and IP disputes. 

Nikita graduated from the University of Bristol in 2013 with a degree in Geography. Before completing the GDL and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management with distinctions, she trained and performed in musical theatre productions. She also worked as a Campaign Assistant for marketing agency Boom Ents.
