About

Nicky Stewart is a commercial real estate specialist with a focus on the retail, serviced office and managed space sectors. She is highly experienced in landlord and tenant matters, investment purchases, sales, and hotel acquisitions.

Nicky is a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience dealing with commercial property transactions.

She specialises in retail, acting for tenants, from start-ups to household names and for new international entrants into the UK market. She is Head of the Retail sub-sector team.
