Netanya is a trainee solicitor within the Employment Team, where she provides comprehensive support to clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. Netanya offers guidance to employers and employees throughout the entirety of the employment relationship, including routine HR concerns, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and termination issues. Netanya's responsibilities include the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well as the development of staff handbooks and policies.
Netanya has completed seats in the firm's Development and Intellectual Property and Commercial teams.
Netanya is also a member of Howard Kennedy's charity committee and works with the firm's key charity, Making the Leap, to promote social mobility.
Netanya is passionate about all things music and entertainment, starring in the West End's Les Misérables when she was younger.
