Michelle has extensive experience in providing acquisition and development funding advice for banks. She also has experience in acting for institutional landlords, companies and individuals.
She advises on a broad range of Commercial Property matters: sales and acquisitions; landlord and tenant matters; portfolio management; refinancing; development funding; and share/asset sales/purchases. She is very competent in dealing with premises within the retail, restaurant, office and industrial sectors.
Michelle has a commercial approach to transactions and has the flexibility to adapt to her clients needs.
Michelle's interests are watersports and running. Michelle is an ICF canoe slalom official and has officiated at World Championships and at the Olympics.
