Matthew Astbury:


Matthew is a member of the Corporate Department with experience in corporate finance transactions. His work includes advising AIM traded companies, main market listed companies (in particular venture capital trust companies), companies seeking pre-IPO fundraising, EIS structures and IHT efficient investment vehicles. He also advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, and other general corporate and commercial transactions.
