Matt is the Non-Executive Director at Howard Kennedy and a former senior partner at strategy consultants Bain & Company.
Matt had a 25 year career in the strategy consulting industry, and was a Partner at Marakon Associates and then Bain, where he ran the UK Financial Services practice.
He is a Partner and co-Founder of executive coaching and leadership advisory firm Altair. Matt also chairs CIL, a high-growth international management consultancy, and serves on the boards of Nardello & Co, an elite investigations firm headquartered in New York, and the Institute of Strategic Studies, a world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict. Matt also pursues personal interests in contemporary art and is a Trustee at Modern Art Oxford, one of the UK’s leading visual arts institutions.
Matt is an avid cook, Barrys Bootcamp addict, and contemporary art fanatic.
