Marissa Scott specialises in real estate development work, primarily acting for landlords and developers in a range of transactions.
Marissa deals with development agreements and leases on behalf of landlords on new-build commercial premises. She also works on lease renewals and a range of licences, including those granting rights to occupy, alter and change use.
Marissa has experience with both conditional and unconditional freehold and leasehold disposals, within the office, industrial and retail sectors.
In addition, she has acted for developers in residential development site acquisitions, set-ups and plot disposals.
When not dining out in her favourite restaurants, Marissa spends her downtime finding her Zen by practising meditation and yoga.
