Lydia Dent is a real estate dispute resolution solicitor. She advises on a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for landlords, tenants and developers. 

Lydia acts for clients on commercial and residential property matters. She regularly advises on landlord and tenant matters including business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, rent recovery, service charge disputes, enforcement of covenants and recovering possession of premises. 

Her expertise in residential property matters includes possession claims, service charge issues and applications for consent to carry out alterations. Additionally, Lydia acts for landlords and tenants on leasehold enfranchisement matters with a focus on lease extensions of flats.

Lydia is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.
