Leor Mizrachi specialises in providing non-contentious construction advice to developers, contractors, registered providers and other organisations. He is a senior associate within the Construction team of the Real Estate department.
Leor is a solicitor with experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of project documents, and advising on the construction aspects of development agreements, construction contracts, consultant appointments, performance security and related project documentation.
He works closely with clients throughout the entire life cycle of the project giving clear and concise advice.
- Advising the Mace / Dragados SA joint venture as the main contractor on the HS2 project with respect to the construction of the Euston London Station and the Curzon Street Birmingham Station.
- Advising the Jensco Group on its development and then sale of its 522-bed Traffic Street Nottingham Student Accommodation Hub to IQ Student Accommodation.
- Advising a major international technology company which is a hyperscale data centre owner and user, on contracts for the construction and development of their data centres across the UK and EMEA.
Leor loves good food, travelling and sport. He is an Arsenal season-ticket holder and plays both tennis and football on a weekly basis.
