Did you know
Lauren Walton is a Paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team. She assists with a variety of matters for both lender and borrower clients.
Lauren supports institutional, alternative and bridging lenders, and corporate and individual borrowers on a range of refinancing, real estate and development finance, and general corporate lending.
She has particular expertise on syndicated and bilateral facilities on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Lauren supports clients in a range of transactions and her work varies from transaction management, high-level review of security documents, preparing finance ancillary documentation and running transactions.
Before joining Howard Kennedy, Lauren had two years' experience working at a City law firm. She holds a law degree and the LLM Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
Lauren is a keen skier having completed a season in Italy. She also enjoys playing netball for her team "Hoops I did it again".
