Lauren Walton is a fourth seat trainee solicitor in the Employment team, offering guidance to employers and employees throughout the entirety of the employment relationship.

Lauren provides comprehensive support to clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. Netanya offers guidance to employers and employees throughout the entirety of the employment relationship, including routine HR concerns, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and termination issues. Netanya's responsibilities include the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well as the development of staff handbooks and policies.

Lauren has completed her first seat in Commercial Dispute Resolution, her second seat in Commercial Property and her third seat in Construction. Before commencing her training contract, Lauren spent two and a half years as a Paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team where she worked on numerous transactions acting for both lender and borrower clients.

Lauren is a key member of Howard Kennedy's Charity Committee and works with the firm's charity partner, Making the Leap, to improve social mobility by raising the aspirations of, and increasing opportunities for young people.

Did you know

Lauren spent four months travelling South America, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia before commencing her training contract.
