Laura Smith is a final seat trainee within Howard Kennedy's Trusts and Estates Disputes team. She is with the firm on secondment from Collas Crill LLP, Guernsey.
Laura joined Howard Kennedy from Collas Crill in Guernsey as a secondee to gain experience working in the onshore sector. She assists the private client department, with a particular focus on trusts and estates disputes.
During her training contract, Laura has completed seats in Collas Crill's Corporate, UK Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams, where she had a particular focus on contentious trusts matters.
Laura has taken classes in aerial yoga, which she was introduced to at a work event!
