Katie Oldham-Brown is a solicitor in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team, predominantly advising lenders on secured lending transactions involving residential and commercial property, as well as development sites. 

Katie advises lenders on a range of secured lending transactions, progressing from instruction through to completion in a simple, straightforward and efficient manner. 

She has worked with private banks and financial institutions dealing with a range of borrowers, including overseas companies and high net worth individuals, securing commercial and residential properties, as well as large portfolio transactions.

She has a number of years' experience of acting for vendors and purchasers in sales and acquisitions, enabling her to understand the transaction as a whole and anticipate potential issues. 

She adopts a practical and commercial approach to transactions, enabling her clients to find the right balance to manage their risk and achieve the desired objective.
