Kathy Claydon provides a personalised, tailored company secretarial service to various business sectors including retail and leisure, hotels, travel and property.

Kathy provides an efficient and competent range of services, ensuring that companies comply and operate in accordance with statutory and legal requirements.

These services include the formation and setting up of all types of UK companies, the maintenance of client company statutory records, reconstitution of lost or destroyed statutory books, the provision of a Registered Office facility and the maintenance of a Registered Office notice board; and statutory compliance of company administrative matters.

She supports clients by auditing statutory books and registers and updating these as required, she facilitates the conversion of client company information onto a dedicated database to enable quick and efficient recall of company information as required, as well as facilitating the electronic filing of statutory forms at Companies House and compliance with the Companies Act 2006.

Kathy is an associate member of the ICSA:  The Governance Institute and leads the firm's company secretarial team which operates a dedicated UK company secretarial division providing a tailored service to both UK and international clients.

Kathy enjoys watching football and supports Arsenal FC. She enjoys reading and is a founder member of the firm's book club.  She also spends many hours shopping, listening to all types of music and seeing live bands. Her all time favourite band is the Clash.
